Avery juror excused, replaced

A juror in the Steven Avery trial has been excused, and replaced with an alternate. Judge Patrick Willis made the announcement this morning. Willis said the juror had been asked to be excused because of a family emergency. Willis said that, after consulting with the attorney's in the case, it was agreed to dismis the juror begin deliberations over with an alternate. Jurors had deliberated for four and a half hours after being given the case for consideration Thursday. [WHBY's Rick Schuh contributed this report]
