It's a great time of the year for bird watchers, and now there's a new way to track our feathered friends. Andy Paulios of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources expects the Wisconsin eBird website to get a lot of “hits” with migratory birds now returning to the Badger State. Paulios says the website was developed by the DNR along with the Bird Conservation Initiative, and the Society for Ornithology. A different batch of migratory birds will be returning to Wisconsin each week through May. [from John Colbert, WIBA]
