Tucker named Wooden Award finalist

Alando Tucker Wisconsin Badger senior forward Alando Tucker (pictured) was named one of five finalists for the Wooden Award Player of the Year.  The Wooden Award Player of the Year will be announced on Saturday, April 7, live during a national telecast on CBS Sports from the Los Angeles Athletic Club at 1p.m. CDT.

Joining Tucker will be Kevin Durant of Texas, Tyler Hansbrough of North Carolina, Acie Law of Texas A & M and Greg Oden of Ohio State. 

Tucker is the second Badger to earn Wooden Award All-American status, joining Devin Harris (2004).
