Cubs talking smack in Milwaukee

April 9, 2007 By WRN Contributor

After winning the first two games in their series with the  Milwaukee Brewers  at Miller Park, the Chicago Cubs were busy talking smack.

Pitchers Carlos Zambrando and Rich Hill were talking about their desire to face the Brewers given their perceived dominance in the series.  Even manager Lou Pinnella took part in the discussion.

That kind of talk may have just stoked the Brewers furnace for the next time the two teams meet.
