Gamblers/Resch Center to host 2008 USHL All-Star game

April 9, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The Green Bay Gamblers and the Resch Center have been awarded the 2008 USHL Prospects All Star game on Tuesday, January 29, 2008.

The All-Star banquet will be held a night earlier on Monday, January 28, 2008.  The game features the top players in the USHL who go on to play major college hockey, while many go on to play professional hockey.

This will be the second USHL All Star game hosted by the Gamblers and the Resch Center.  The first one was held on February 3, 2003 during the Resch Center's first year of operation.  The late Herb Brooks was the guest speaker at the first banquet.
