Harris hopes Bucks can rebound next season

April 25, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Milwaukee Bucks General Manager Larry Harris is hoping this season was just a bump in the road and that the Bucks can return to the level of play they expected to be at to start the season, before the injuries hit.

The Bucks had expected to make the playoffs this season, but injuries hit and they instead finished with the 3rd worst record in the league and will get a high lottery pick in the June NBA draft.

Harris said they're excited about the talent in the upcoming draft and figure the Bucks will get a quality player with their top pick that will be able to contribute right away.

The upcoming NBA season is the last on Harris' current contract.  He'll need to see the Bucks do well or face being fired.
