Reigning in "robocalls"

Are you getting tired of automated campaign calls? They're nicknamed "robocalls," and they've become a fairly annoying feature of every Wisconsin political campaign. Madison lawmaker, state Representative Spencer Black, wants to extend the state's ban on automated commercial sales calls to include these political calls, which he says are not necessary. Black says similar bans in other states have stood up to challenges in court. He says the calls "are excessively intrusive on personal privacy."
