Sheets sets down 21 in a row

April 2, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Ben Sheets has retired the Dodgers in order in the top of the 8th and the Brewers head to the bottom half up 7-1 at Miller Park.

Sheets has retired 21 straight and 24 out of 25 on the day.  Sheets pitch count is 89 through 8 innings and he's leading off the bottom of the 8th, which means he'll come out for the 9th to try to finish the Dodgers off.
