Soderberg fired at Saint Louis

Brad Soderberg, who served briefly as the Wisconsin Badgers head men's basketball coach, was fired at Saint Louis University, despite the school's first 20-win season since 1998. 

The school went 20-13 last season and finished in the middle of the Atlantic-10 Conference.  The Billikens haven't made an appearance in the NCAA Tournament since 2000. 

Soderberg coached the Badgers for one season in 2000-01 on an interim basis after Dick Bennett announced his retirement.  He served on Bennett's staff previous to that, spending a total of six years overall at Wisconsin.
