Anderson to try out for U.S. teams

Jolene Anderson University of Wisconsin junior guard Jolene Anderson (pictured) has been invited to participate in the USA Basketball tryouts May 17-20 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Anderson could be named to either the U-21 team or to the USA Basketball team that will compete in the Pan American Games this summer.

Anderson is one of eight invitees returning from the USA Basketball U-20 national team from last summer.

Anderson led the Badgers in scoring the past three seasons and has career averages of 19.8 points and 7.1 rebounds  a game.
