Blizzard release Hawk

May 3, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The Green Bay Blizzard of AF2 has been assigned new quarterback Gino Guidugli, a four-year starter at the University of Cincinnati.

Guidugli holds school records in career passing yards with 8,820 and total offense with 8,938 yards.  He entered the 2005 season on the training camp roster for the Tennessee Titans but didn't earn a spot on the NFL roster.

To make room for Guidugli, the Blizzard released quarterback Ryan Hawk.  Hawk is the brother of Packers linebacker A.J. Hawk.
