Brewers Lose Again

May 24, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The Dodgers scored 4 runs in the first inning and cruised by the Brewers 5-1 last night.  Chris Capuano continued to struggle as he's now 0-3 with a 9.45 ERA in his last three starts.  Brad Penny picked up the win, giving up just 6 hits over 7 innings of work.  Russell Martin drove in 4 of the 5 Dodger runs.  St. Louis was the only other team in the NL Central to win, so Milwaukee still holds a 6'5 game lead in the division.  Today's an off day for Milwaukee.  They open up a three game weekend series in San Diego on Friday night.
