Biggio could get #3000 in Milwaukee

June 25, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The Milwaukee Brewers open a 3-game series against the Houston Astros tonight at Miller Park.  Ben Sheets, who continues to make a push for the National League All-Star team, shoots for his 9th win (8-3) of the season.

Houston's Craig Biggio could make history sometime during the series at Miller Park.  Biggio comes into tonight's game needing just four hits to reach 3,000 for his career.  Biggio would be the 27th player in Major League history to reach that milestone.
