4 Straight Wins

July 18, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The Brewers tied a club record with their 4th straight one run victory with a 3-2 win over Arizona on Tuesday night at Miller Park. Claudio Vargus went five innings to pick up the win while CoCo Cordero pitched the 9th for his 30th save of the season.  Tony Graffanino got the start at 2nd base and went 2×3 with a homer, double, and walk to pace the offense.  The Brewers now lead the National League Central by 4.5 games as the Cubs lost to San Francisco.  The series continues tonight as Chris Capuano takes on Doug Davis at Miller Park.

Tony Graffanino will take 1 run victories. :15
