Bucks to start Summer League this week

July 3, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The Milwaukee Bucks will play five games in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, starting Sunday.  The team is departing for Las Vegas today.

The Bucks roster will include three players from last years roster, point guard Lynn Greer, guard/forward David Noel and forward Damir Markota.

The teams second round pick, guard Ramon Sessions out of Nevada will also play.

First round pick, Yi JianLian will participate, but instead of playing with the Bucks, he's playing with the Chinese National Team, which is one of 22 teams in the expanded field.

*Former Buck Paul Pressey has been hired as an assistant coach by the New Orleans Hornets.  Pressey was a first round pick of the Bucks back in the 1982 draft.  His 11 year playing career included stops in Milwaukee, San Antonio and Golden State.
