Homer Sinks Brewers

July 19, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Mark Reynolds 3 run homer in the top of the 8th inning lifted Arizona to a 5-2 win over the Brewers on Wednesday night at Miller Park.  The jack came off of reliever Grant Balfour who was making his first Big League appearance since 2004.  Kevin Mench's 2 run homer in the 4th was Milwaukee's only offense on a night that saw them collect just four hits.  Chris Capuano had a solid start going 7 innings and giving up just two runs.  Milwaukee looks to win the series finale this afternoon at Miller Park.

Grant Balfour says he'll shake off the loss. :17
