Badgers' Donovan named Co Big Ten Player of the Week

After leading the Badgers past Washington State 42-21 on Saturday, the Big Ten named Wisconsin QB Tyler Donovan Co-Player of the Week.  Donovan shared the honor with Michigan State running back Jehuu Caulcrick.

Donovan, a Hartland, Wis. native, set career highs with 19 completions, 29 attempts and three touchdown passes in only his third career start.  The senior quarterback threw for 284 yards, completed 65.5 percent of his passes and also ran for a touchdown, accounting for four of the Badgers' six touchdowns.

The Player of the Week Award is Donovan's first.  Last year the Badgers tallied five weekly awards.
