Badgers' Hubbard to miss 6 to 8 weeks

September 11, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The University of Wisconsin football team is looking for a replacement for wide receiver Paul Hubbard.

Hubbard will miss 6 to 8 weeks after suffering an MCL sprain in the Badgers win over UNLV last Saturday.

The 7th ranked Badgers host The Citadel at Camp Randall Stadium on Saturday.

The Badgers are expected to look to Freshman Kyle Jefferson and Junior Marcus Randel El to fill in for Hubbard.

Hubbard last season tied for the team lead in touchdowns with five among wide receivers.  He finished 2nd with 38 catches and second in yards per catch (16.5).
