DeBauche honored by Big Ten

Ken DeBauche For the second-straight week, a Badger has been named the Big Ten Speical Teams Player of the Week.  After his performance against Iowa, punter Ken DeBauche (De-Bush), was awarded the weekly honor, the third of his career.

DeBauche's award was the third this season for the Badgers after QB Tyler Donovan was named co-Offensive Player of the Week (9/3/07) and David Gilreath was named Special Teams Player of the Week (9/17/07).

The senior captain who was recently named to the Ray Guy Award Watch List punted eight times averaging 47.6 yards per punt.  He kicked a long of 58 yards, one short of his career long (59), and pinned the Hawkeyes inside the 20-yard line twice, including downing one on the Iowa 1-yard line.
