FEMA frustrations in tiny town

Still no federal flood help, for one small Wisconsin community. Bagley Village President Roger Straka says it's been a summer of frustration for the Grant County community of some 350 people. While many other southeastern Wisconsin communities were flooded out in August, Straka says FEMA toured Bagley after much of the damage from July had already been cleaned up. Straka says 22 homes, including eleven permanent residences, were destroyed in Bagley .
