Tiger wins FedEx Cup, Stricker finishes second

September 17, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Tiger Woods has won the PGA 's Tour Chamionship and along with it, the inaugural FedEx Cup title.  Woods shot a final round 4-under par 66 to finish 23 shots under par, 8 shots in front of Zach Johnson and Mark Calcavecchia.

The win earns Woods $1.2-million.  He collects another $10-million annuity for winning the first-ever FedEx Cup.

Steve Stricker finished well back of Woods in this weekend's event, but still did enough to finish second in the FedEx Cup race and pocket a $3-million bonus.
