Enough for roads in budget deal?

A deal's been reached on the state budget, but there still are a lot of questions about the spending plan. Questions, for example, about transportation funding. Legislative leaders say about $400 million is included in the package for the DOT, but Craig Thomspon of the Transportation Development Association wonders if that's enough, since it's quite a bit less than a legislative study committee had recommended. Under the budget compromise, vehicle registration fees increase from 55 to 75 dollars.
