Levy is Big Ten's defensive player of the week

UW linebacker DeAndre Levy was named the Big Ten's Defensive player of the week on Monday after Wisconsin's 33-3 win over Indiana on Saturday.

Levy had a career day against the Hoosiers, recording career-highs in solo tackles (7) and total tackles (8).  Levy also tallied one sack, a pass breakup, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

The award is the first of Levy's career.
