Packers could spend some time without Bubba Franks

October 16, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The Green Bay Packers may be without tightend Bubba Franks for their next game, Monday, Oct. 29th against the Denver Broncos.

Franks could be sidelined for 2 to 4 weeks after suffering a sprained knee in the 17-14 Packers win over Washington on Sunday.

The Packers say they'll consider signing Ryan Krause off of their own practice squad.
