Campaign finance reform by Groundhog's Day?

November 26, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Heck notes that Doyle signed the bill creating the state's new Government Accountability Board back on Groundhog's Day, and campaign finance package could be ready on a similar time frame, if the governor pushes for it.
