Collins to miss a couple of games

November 6, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Green Bay Packers starting safety, Nick Collins will be sidelined for at least a few weeks with a left knee bruise.  Collins was knocked out of the Packers' 33-22 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday after he severely twisted his knee.

Collins won't need surgery, but will miss some time.

Rookie Aaron Rouse will start in his place and Packers coach Mike McCarthy is confident Rouse will do just fine.  Rouse got his first playing time against the Vikings at the Metrodome on Sept. 30 when both Collins and Atari Bigby left with injuries.
