Favre becomes NFL's all-time passing yardage leader

December 17, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Brett Favre It was Brett Favre to Greg Jennings for the all-time NFL TD passing mark.  Yesterday, Favre found Donald Driver for the all-time yardage mark, surpassing Dan Marino.

Favre (pictured) hit Driver on a 7-yard slant early in the fourth quarter to give him the new passing yardage record.

It was Greg Jennings that caught Favre's record breaker in touchdown passes, but it was Driver that caught the pass that broke the yardage record.

For Favre, it's just record that was previously held by Dan Marino.  But for Driver, it's a complete honor to be on the receiving end of one of Favre's historic records.

Favre now has passed for 61,405 yards, 44 more than Marino after throwing for 227 yards and two touchdowns in yesterday's 33-14 win over the Rams.
