A state lawmaker is once again attempting to mandate insurance for Wisconsin motorists. State Senator John Lehman says the Badger state one of just two in the nation which do not require drivers to have a valid motor vehicle insurance policy before taking to the road. Lehman noted that this is the third time he's proposed this bill. And Lehman's latest effort marks the thirteenth time that similar legislation has been introduced in Madison. Lehman doesn't buy arguments that the mandate is not needed.
