Harris' New Jersey debut to be delayed

February 20, 2008 By WRN Contributor

Former Badger basketball star Devin Harris is now officially a member of the New Jersey Nets.  He was dealt from Dallas in the Jason Kidd deal.

Harris won't officially take Kidd's place in the Nets lineup for a little while though.  Harris is rehabbing an ankle sprain that has held him out of the lineup for the last three weeks.

Harris was acquired by the Nets as a part of an 8-player deal on Tuesday.
