Baltimore moves up to take 2nd QB in opening round

April 26, 2008 By WRN Contributor

The Baltimore Ravens moved up to the 18th pick in the opening round, trading with Houston.  The Ravens used that pick to take QB Joe Flacco from Delaware State.

Carolina moved into the 19th spot in a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles and grabbed Pittsburgh OT Jeff Otah.  A steep price for Carolina to move up.  The Panthers gave up 2nd and 4th round picks in this years draft and their first 1st round pick in the 2009 draft.

With the 20th pick, Tampa Bay grabbed DB Aquip Talib from Kansas.
