Brewers and Cubs resume series today

Jeff Suppan The Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago Cubs resume their 3-game series at Wrigley Field this afternoon after the Brewers grabbed the opener 4-3 on Monday.

Jeff Suppan (pictured) faces Ted Lilly in the pitching matchup today.

*  Brewers righthander Yovani Gallardo should be back in the Brewers rotation soon.  He started the year on the disabled list after undergoing knee surgery at the start of spring training.

Gallardo is scheduled to make his first rehab start at Triple A Nashville on Friday.  The target date for his return to the Brewers rotation is April 19 in Cincinnati.
