Bucks play final home game tonight

April 14, 2008 By WRN Contributor

Two teams that had high expectations at the start of the season but are going no where fast, will meet in Milwaukee at the Bradley Center tonight.

The Milwaukee Bucks and Chicago Bulls are both out of playoff contention.  Both head coaches, Jim Boylan in Chicago and Larry Krystkowiak in Milwaukee could be on their way out as well.

The Bucks enter tonight's game with a dismal 26-54 record.  The Bulls aren't much better at 31-49, 5-games up on the Bucks.

But Milwaukee could be headed in the right direction.  They hired John Hammond as their new General Manager on Friday.  Hammond helped Joe Dumars build a winner in Detroit and the Bucks are hoping he'll help do the same in Milwaukee.

The Bucks can even the season series with a win tonight.  They're 1-2 so far against the Bulls.
