Gagne blows another, Brewers survive

April 9, 2008 By WRN Contributor

Eric Gagne blew his second save in three tries, but the Brewers again pulled out a win.  Rickie Weeks singled home the game winning run in the 10th inning in Milwaukee's 3-2 win over the Cincinnati Reds at Miller Park.

With two outs in the 9th inning, Gagne served up a solo home run to right off the bat of Corey Patterson to tie the game 2-2.

In the bottom of the 10th, J.J. Hardy opened with a single and pinch-hitter Joe Dillon sacrificed him to second.  Jason Kendall singled off David Weathers to set the table for Weeks heroics.

Dave Bush pitches game two of the series tonight.
