Sessions named Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month

The NBA announced that Milwaukee Bucks guard Ramon Sessions was named Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month for April.

Sessions averaged 11.5 points, 11.3 assists and 4.9 rebounds per game over 10 contests (7 starts). 

On the season, Sessions played in 24 games (17 starts) for the Milwaukee Bucks D-league affiliate Tulsa 66ers.  With Tulsa, he averaged 21.1 points, 7.6 assists, 6.5 rebounds in 36.2 minutes per game, and was twice named D-League.com Performer of the Week. 

The 22 year old rookie was selected by the Bucks with the 56th overall pick in the second round of the 2007 NBA Draft out of Nevada.
