Astros Sweep

May 5, 2008 By WRN Contributor

Hunter Pence hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the 12th inning off of Mitch Stetter to give Houston an 8-6 win over Milwaukee and complete a three game weekend sweep.  Closer Eric Gagne blew his fifth save of the season in the 9th, giving up 2 runs to tie the game on just two hits.  He walked three including Lance Berkman with the bases loaded to tie the game.  Gagne leads the Majors in blown saves.  Ben Sheets gave up 4 runs in 6+ innings of work and gets a no decision. Mike Cameron drove in 4 and hit a pair of homers to pace the Milwaukee offense.  The Brewers take today off and open up a three game set in Florida on Tuesday night.
