Should underage GIs drink?

An attempt to lower the drinking age for members of the military in Wisconsin. A state legislator wants to lower the drinking age to 19 or members of the military. State Rep. Terry Musser says he realizes that would mean a loss of federal highway funds. Musser, who chairs the Assembly Committee on Veterans and Miliatry Affairs, says if you're old enough to fight for your country, you should be able to go into a bar "without mommy or daddy."
