Streak Hits 6 In A Row

May 9, 2008 By WRN Contributor

The Brewers struggles continue as Florida completes the three game series sweep with a 7-2 win last night.

Matt Treanor hit a 3-run homer and Jorge Cantu added a two-run shot in the Marlins win.  With single runs in the 4 th and the 8 th , Milwaukee never really threatened again as they lose their 6 th straight game.  Carlos Villanueva is tagged with the loss as he drops to 1-4 on the season.

The Brewers are back home tonight as they open up a series with St. Louis at Miller Park.
