WIAC Baseball Tourney Starts Today

The WIAC Baseball Tournament begins today in Wisconsin Rapids. 

Regular season conference champion UW-Whitewater (33-6) is the #1 seed.  They will face off with #4 seed UW-LaCrosse (19-18) in round one.  2 nd seeded UW-Oshkosh (28-7) meets #3 seed UW-Stevens Point (25-15) in the other first round matchup. 

The winners and losers will square off later today with a champion to be crowned on Saturday.  The tournament winner earns an automatic bid into the NCAA Division III Tournament.
