Rain pushes back start times for state girls softball

Rain has pushed back the start of the WIAA Girls State Softball Championships in Madison.

The two scheduled Division 1quarterfinals scheduled for this morning have been pushed back to the afternoon.  Following is the new schedule for day 1.

Game 1:     1:00 pm  Stevens Point vs. Oak Creek
Game 2:     2:30 pm  Wausau West vs. Homestead
Game 3:     4:00 pm  Middleton vs. Verona
Game 4:     5:30 pm  Appleton East vs. Arrowhead

Division 1 Semi-finals follow.

Game 5:     7:00 pm  winners of games 1 and 2
Game 6:     8:30 pm  winners of games 3 and 4
