3 Badger Women on National Team

USA Hockey has selected three members of the Wisconsin Badger women's hockey team to play for its U.S. Women's Under 22 Select Team next month in Lake Placid, New York.

Meghan Duggan, Erika Lawler, and Hilary Knight will all play for Team USA when they compete in the USA Hockey Women's National Festival that begins August 12th.

The 22-player roster has has players that come from 14 states and 12 college programs.  The University of Minnesota has 5 players on the team, while Wisconsin and Boston College each have three.
