National League loses another!

July 16, 2008 By WRN Contributor

The National League dropped another all-star game, 4-3 in 15 innings to the American league in New York last night.

Brewers ace right hander Ben Sheets started for the NL and worked two scoreless innings.  Outfielders Ryan Braun and Corey Hart both went hitless in three at bats.

The American League tied the game at 3 in the 8th.  They then won it in 15 with Michael Young's sacrifice fly.

Boston's J.D. Drew had two hits, including a home run to win game MVP honors.

The American League's unbeaten string now stands at 12-games.
