Packers Tailgate Tour Kicks Off

July 9, 2008 By WRN Contributor

The Green Bay Packers annual Tailgate Tour kicked off with a stop in Fond du Lac on Tuesday night.

Team President Mark Murphy, Bob Harlan, running back Brandon Jackson, receiver James Jones, and offensive lineman Jason Spitz will visit four cities in four days during the goodwill tour to benefit local charities.

Brett Favre was the main topic of discussion in Fond du Lac.  Murphy says that the organization doesn't know what #4 is going to do, but he understands that ending a football career is tough.  James Jones has said he has no information about Favre and gets all of his info from TV like everyone else.

The Packers will stop in Janesville tonight, Stevens Point on Thursday, and Marinette on Friday.

Listen/Download: Team President Mark Murphy says they don't know if Favre is coming back.
