Wineke: "you can't live in fear"

The state's Democratic Party Chairman it apparently was a "random act by a crazed-out person." That today from Wisconsin Democratic Party Chairman Joe Wineke about Wedensday's fatal shooting of the Democratic chair in Arkansas. Is Wineke looking over his shoulder? "No, I don't" he says. "I figure I've said enough things over the years that if somebody was mad, they'd have already done something stupid to me. You can't live in fear." The man who shot Arkansas Chairman Bill Gwatney was later shot and killed by police in Little Rock.
