Homicide in Hudson

September 22, 2008 By WRN Contributor

Police in Minnesota have arrested a man on possible charges, in the death of an unidentified 19-year old woman whose body was found over the weekend in Hudson. Hudson police found the woman's body Saturday night in a car in the upper parking lot of the St. Croix County Government Center, after receiving a call from the Woodbury, Minnesota, Public Safety Department, to look for a blue Chevrolet four-door with Minnesota license plates. The victim had been shot.

A suspect is being held in the Washington County, Minnesota, jail on unrelated probable charges from the Woodbury Public Safety Department. Woodbury police arrested 29 year-old Christopher Soriano Ledesma on Saturday night, several hours before the body was found in Hudson. Ledesma was booked in the Washington County jail on probable charges of felony weapons possession and parole violation. A booking report stated that he was also being held on possible murder charges. Investigators from the Hudson Police Department along with the Woodbury Public Safety Department and the St. Croix County Sheriff's Department are conducting the investigation.
