October 27, 2008 By WRN Contributor

The Wisconsin Badger men's basketball team is predicted to finish 3rd in the Big Ten after voting by Big Ten coaches and media.

UW Senior forward Marcus Landry is one of five players named to the preseason all-conference team.  Purdue and Michigan State finished 1-2 in the balloting.

The Wisconsin Badger women's team has no where to go but up.  The Badgers have been picked to finish 10th in the 11-team Big Ten Conference.  Defending Champion Purdue is picked to repeat, followed by Ohio State and Michigan State.
