Badgers win final exhibition

Joe Krabbenhoft Joe Krabbenhoft (pictured) scored 12 points to lead No. 25 Wisconsin to a 64-47 win over Division III UW-Whitewater in their final exhibition tuneup on Tuesday night at the Kohl Center.

The Badgers led just 44-42 with just more than nine minutes to go, but then held the Warhawks scoreless for the next six minutes, going on a 9-0 run and eventually pull away in the final minutes. 

The game was sluggish, with the two teams compiling 44 fouls.  Myles McKay had 16 points to lead the Warhawks.
