Badgers open Big Ten play today

An afternoon start for the Badgers today as Wisconsin opens Big Ten play with road game at Michigan against the 23rd ranked Wolverines.  The Badgers are the defending Big Ten champions and will be playing with that target on their backs.  They'll face a Michigan team that has played well this season and already has wins over top 5 teams Duke and UCLA.

In Division 1 College basketball on Tuesday night, UW-Milwaukee beat Illinois-Chicago 71-66 to improve to 3-0 in the Horizon League , 7-5 overall.

The Green Bay Phoenix also knocked off Western Michigan 61-51 in Kalamazoo.
