Tough times for car dealers

A sunny disposition, in a sea of gloom for car dealers these days.

"You've got be optimistic," says Gary Williams, who heads the Wisconsin Auto and Truck Dealers Association.

His upbeat attitude comes despite members going out of business in this economic crisis. Still, Williams believes the industry will come out of this, as it has done many times in the past.

Williams says the auto bailout plan under consideration in Washington helps to fuel that optimistic feeling. He says it couldn't come at a better time.
