Wisconsin (10-9-3, 7-5-2 WCHA) surrendered a 5-2 lead in the 3rd period before losing in OT.  The Wildcats (5-12-3, 2-9-3 CCHA) tied the game with less than a minute left in the third period, sending the team into overtime.  Northern scored three minutes in to knock off the 14th ranked Badgers.
