Gallardo performs well in Brewers win

Yovani Gallardo Yovani Gallardo celebrated his new contract with a solid outing on Tuesday.  Gallardo struck out five and allowed just one hit in two innings of work in the Milwaukee Brewers 8-6 win over the Colorado Rockies in Cactus League play.

Trot Nixon, Mike Rivera, Casey McGehee and Chris Duffy all homered for the Brewers, who snapped a 2-game losing streak. 

The Brewers have the day off today.
